How to Forget and Reconnect to Wi-Fi on a MacBook 1. Forget the WiFi: Open System Settings by clicking the Apple logo in the top-left corner and selecting System Settings. In the left sidebar, select Wi-Fi. Click the Details button next to your connected Wi-Fi network. In the Wi-Fi settings,and click on the Forgot the network option. Confirm to forget the network. 2.
