Microsoft Apps login support
Please use this guide to help you log back into the Microsoft Apps that are not working.
Please close all your Microsoft apps by force quitting them through the Apple Logo at the top left hand corner of your screen and selecting "Force Quit..."
Once all your apps are closed, open self service and run the following files in order. Please wait for each one to finish before running the next one.
Search and run 05. Remove Company Portal
and then search and run 07. Reset Microsoft Licensing
Once these two are complete, please restart your computer.
You should now be able to log in to the Microsoft apps in the order found in the Laptop Migration Guide article.
