Moving/Copying Forms from OneDrive to Teams / Personal Account
WHY
Once you have created a form in your scotch Microsoft 365 account you can copy/move this Form to live in a Shared Space such as a curriculum team.
In doing so, staff in your learning area can create duplicate links to use existing forms within their classes.
These could be templates for (but not limited to):
- introductory student surveys,
- peer feedback form templates,
- formative assessment quizzes etc
There is no point in reinventing the wheel. The more we share with our colleagues, the more time we have available to focus on what really matters, our students and their learning. This is also important when staff are leaving the College and essential IP needs to remain with the school
PROCESS
Open Forms in your M365 account > Select the form you want to move / copy > Settings > Move / Copy > Select the Team from the list that appears > click Move
To find these Forms, open Forms in your Microsoft Account, scroll down to the bottom of the page to see Your Groups.
Click on the group to see the forms that belong to that team / Group
