How do I get the software applications I need? [Senior School]
When issued, your MacBook is preloaded with some of the software you will need, including protection and management software.
However, additional Scotch-licensed software can be freely accessed and installed on your device using the self-service application.
Your teachers will let you know if you require subject-specific software to be installed, and this can be done when needed.
ESSENTIAL APPLICATIONS
It is important you have the following software applications installed on your device at the end of your ILT induction to ensure you are ready for class.
Some of these applications may already be installed on your device, but you will need to sign into the apps with your Scotch ID/email and password
- OUTLOOK (email)
- ONEDRIVE (cloud storage)
- TEAMS (collaboration)
- ONENOTE (class notebook)
- MS OFFICE (Word, Excel, PPT)
